FLORENCE - FOOD



I had the best pasta of my life in florence. And it was only primo piatto! (First Course)

It was ravioli in a gorgonzola cheese sauce. THEY WEREN'T LIGHT ON THE CHEESE!

It had a somewhat crispy yet perfectly cooked texture, and the cheese sause was as thick as it should be. I mopped up with the entire bowl with freshly baked florentine bread!

Then I had steak. Enough Said.
